Wonderful service from Albert - friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful rooms with fully equipped communal kitchen. Loads of birds and trees. Room very comfortable and clean.

Lovely stay BUT we wasted so much time trying to find Avoca because of the roadworks and there was NO SIGN ......................... PLEASE RECTIFY THIS !!!!
