Kuzuko Lodge

Had a great trip to Kuzoko. Cannot fault anything, the service exceptional, attention to detail , cleanliness, quality of food and beverage second to none. The chalet very clean and the views unbelievable. The game drives very informative and a good lenght. Our guide Sim was very detailed in the knowledge and any animal he went to try and see he found! One note of caution, the holiday firm said a car would be ok to get to the lodge..100% is not , found the roads very demanding..around 50k on dirt tracks , definitely go for a suv or jeep for higher clearance, the roads very bad in places, the lodge is very remote so be careful, i think it took us 2 hrs at around 25mph from the main N10 , aside from this no issues or worries with this lodge we really enjoyed and thanks to all.

Had a wonderful safari here. Magnificent setting. Cheetahs and cubs at a kill was a highlight but also saw lions elephants buffalo and an ardwolf.Our game drive guide, Sim, was great and very knowledgeable. Only minor criticism is spotty WiFi in the lodges. But overall it was a brilliant experience.

Wonderful experience that will stay with us. From the hospitality of the staff at the lodge, the guides & their knowledge , food, accommodation as the photos show & amazing animals on the game drives. I would highly recommend visiting. It was suggested by Trailfinders & we were unsure as we had never heard of the Eastern Cape as a safari destination, the agent reassured us that as well as being a malaria free area it would offer a more personal experience. Wow they were not wrong. It has been wonderful , it felt much more luxurious that what it had cost us.
