Kwantu Game Reserve

Kwantu advertised specials on the Radio the day before we booked, however when we enquired about the specials they said that it was for a limited time only. When advertising, don’t lie to the public, advertise the period of the specials.

It was no Internett or service for days They are lieing about the animas and it dose not seem ethical. They said diffrent things to diffrent voulunteres. It feels like they don’t need voulunteres, they just do it for the money. Nice place to meet new people but would not recommend. The “activity’s” we do is so unesery and it’s almost the same every day. It’s cutting trees and planting them a different place, going on safari or moving rocks. It feels like they are just doing it for the money. I could stay a week but no longer it’s not worth the money at all. Almost Everyone that works here is really nice! But pha pha is really indimendating. She yelled at us bc we wanted to go away one day before even tho there was aleredy 2people leaving and it was space in the car. She wanted us to pay 8000rand for the car but she kept changing that amount even tho she said she could not change it. We got a taxi that would take us all for 3000 rand but she refused to let him come in and changed the amount we had to pay. Again it just feels like they are doing it for the money. Also it was raing and it leeked though the roof and on to the carpet in the room so the room smelld disgusting for my last 3days.. had to sleep outside the bedrooms.. We also don’t have enogh tools for the work, and most of them are broken. Would not recommend 🤗 1/10

A big thank you to Kwantu game reserve. We had the most enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing experience with the game drive. The kids were so excited and had the best time. Thank you to our guide who made the experience fun and informative. The food was delicious! Best game reserve ever!
