The Boardwalk

Aircon doesn't warm up, hairdryer doesn't work, wet grass smell the entire time, the dust every time when game vehicles pass on the fence gravel road.

This hotel is so dated, carpets never cleaned since installed, passage walls dirty, marked and damaged. Lifts, please use the stairs, the one doors shudder as battle to close and shakes bad when moving. Rooms, TVs don't work, showers go from fire hot to ice cold back to fire hot all the time, very difficult to shower. Breakfast is a complete joke, never any scrambled eggs, bread stays in the tray from previous day, you tough then they are dry and crusted. The bacon is like rubber, and don't order cuppachino or any hot drinks as you wont get them. The hotel furniture around the hotel is so badly in need of cleaning, they are marked and dirty same as in the rooms. be prepared to have the worst stay ever.

Room was not clean - urine on toilet seat joins. Hot water worked intermittently. Flooring was lifting in breakfast room (unsafe) and overall service was badly lacking. Breakfast staff spend most of their time chatting a the service station with minimal attention to guests. Clearly management is lacking. I was much happier at Radisson Hotel down the road.
