Excellent I enjoy my stay..

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and fell far below the standard I expected. From the moment I checked into my room, there was no running water available in the mornings. This made it impossible to shower, use the bathroom comfortably, or properly settle into the room I had booked. I reported the issue immediately, but it took an unreasonably long time for maintenance assistance to arrive, despite repeated follow-ups. After waiting for an extended period without a resolution, I was eventually offered a temporary room so I could at least shower. However, this “solution” created even more inconvenience. My original room was located on the third floor, and the temporary room provided was on the first floor in the complete opposite direction of the hotel. I was effectively expected to travel back and forth across the property simply to access basic amenities that should have been available. This situation was highly inconvenient, uncomfortable, and disruptive to my stay. I do not believe the handling of the issue reflected acceptable hospitality standards, particularly given the amount of time it took to respond and the impractical nature of the alternative arrangement offered.

Average stay, for a 4 star hotel I expect more, none of the bedside and other desk lamps were working, I asked for towels as they removed mine from the bathroom when they were cleaning and never replaced them, needless to say my request was ignored and I had to use the hand towel that was left.
