Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! I stayed here ahead of my birthday and the team really went above and beyond to make the beginning of my birthday week so special. If you’re looking for a lovely place to stay, whether it’s for one night or a longer stay, I would 100% recommend this hotel. The service, attention to detail and overall experience made it feel incredibly special. I specifically want to give a huge shoutout to Mr Trust, whose service was beyond anything I could have imagined. He was attentive, thoughtful and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcomed and looked after. He really helped make the start of my birthday week one to remember. We often forget that good service is optional, but when someone chooses to go above and beyond, it truly makes a difference. Mr Trust is a credit to the hotel and deserves to be recognised for the exceptional service he provided. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

This hotel looks nice when you're in the foyer. But its a bit of a dump really. Rooms old and extremely worn. Chipped furniture and grubby carpet. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 is because the food was good in the restaurant.

Ideal for spending one night. Excellent bedding. Spacious room. The decor could use a refresh, but it is compensated for by excellent dining and good value for money. A huge amount of choice whether for breakfast or dinner, which are served buffet-style. The staff is very kind and efficient. A shuttle every 15 minutes to the airport, located 10 short minutes away. In short, ideal location and good value for money
