THE GARDEN COURT O.R. TAMBO AIRPORT HOTEL

Our family stayed for two nights on our journey outbound and again on our return. Shuttle service runs every 15 minutes with very helpful staff. Welcome from Concierge did a brilliant job also assisting us with luggage storage, again a very helpful service. Reception staff were very kind and arranged for breakfast boxes as we left at 6 am. We were very impressed with the content of the breakfast boxes - thank you! On our return we stayed in room 121 which is one of the renovated rooms. What a lovely room! All in all great value for money especially if you are traveling with a family and need to be close to the airport. Thank you to the welcoming staff!

Stayed here for 1 night prior to the start of a tour. Super comfortable king bed and bath tub in our room. Staff were lovely and responsive and breakfast was great - particularly the juices (which, face it, can be very hit and miss). We spent one night over the way at the Intercontinental airport (beyond smashing!) and then a night here at the Garden Court - very happy. Can’t say this enough after now 5 odd weeks travelling around South Africa - the bed at the Garden Court was one of the comfiest and breakfast was great. We don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for a long stopover or and overnight pre-post-tour.
