I was accommodated on 24 march 2022. The receptionist guy is very friendly. The bed condition is terrible , no air condition, no plugs for coffee kettle. Tv with no remote, when i asked for TV remote...

General manger Lutifa had the most appalling customer service!! Not understanding or accommodating of a guests frustration. I would not recommend staying here.. Place is in a not in a safe location...
