City Lodge Fourways

The service was poor on my first day waiters took long to attend, I had to stand up and get things myself. Yesterday I had ordered dinner and ask for room service, the dinner didn't come to my room. When I followed up they said just got into shift and didn't know that the food must come to the room. Not happy at all.

Poor quality TV . No TV at all . No fridge

Nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay there, we had a lovely view from our twin room on to the street. Breakfast was great, we ate dinner one night there, cocktails are super as well! Staff was very friendly and polite always. We did not use their pool Located 5min walk from Mintecasino to where we walked during the day, Uber back to hotel as the path ia not really lighted so we did not feel comfortable walking back.
