Great location, serene and secure,the buildings , gardens and the pond... All suggest this Hotel to be a great success.
... but then the details disappoint.
Insulation, heating, hot water boiler all are underdimensioned. Water tabs are flimsy and dripping. Furniture in the Restaurant is urgently requiring repair.
TV provides meagre Four channels, Non of which international News.
Internet is dead slow.
Highlights: service and kitchen are quick. Food and drink is good value for money. Great selection of South African Reds.
