When we arrived the girl Natasha by the reception gave us a warm welcome . She was helpful ,understanding and patient with us since we are foreigners. The shuttle guy Sfiso too and the bartenders definitely need a raise . Very welcoming . It’s very unfortunate Natasha had to leave , a very moody girl by the reception . I also can’t believe this hotel only has 1 iron , you can do better . We waited for hours to get the iron after communicating with the girl by the reception . Imagine sleeping late because you are said you got only 10 minutes to iron and return the iron to the other room .

Barbara is a gem, from helping with directions, to ensuring my comfort, the hotel is so lucky to have her The general pleasant and very compete and professional service afforded me, a solo female traveler, was nothing short of exceptional. Yes, the furniture is a bit tired, the hosting and dedication to guest comfort with great service far overshadows a nick in the bedside table cabinet. Then the fabulous bathroom amenities really add a touch of Lux. Loved it Certainly will return and encourage anyone else to as well Well done team, you shot the lights out

My stay started out okay at this 4 star hotel, well situated in the Morningside area of town but my last 2 days were not okay on account of a problem with the hot water. After a long day just wanted to unwind and take a long bath, to my surprise there was no hot water. Well these things can happen I guess so I promptly told the reception about it so it could be fixed by the next day. In the morning...Still no hot water. I told the reception again, thinking that they would have the whole day again to fix it but upon returning to the hotel the problem was not resolved. The manager said that the maintenance crew had tried to fix it but fixed the wrong "thing", which means that they never went into any of the rooms to see if they had actually fixed it. They could not switch my room because it was the whole back block of the hotel and the only rooms left also didn't have hot water! I left in the morning with yet another cold shower. Sorry folks but this is unacceptable, even it it meant having someone work on it all night, it should have been fixed. Oh, and also food at the hotel restaurant takes 45 minutes to prepare! Order early! Safe in the room doesn't function either. Change to 2 stars maybe 3 at best.
