GARDEN COURT MILPARK

Nice & welcoming place. The staff were courteous and my check-in was frictionless, under 5 minutes. My room was well prepared except there was no fridge & water. However, I enjoyed my breakfast. The only issue I had was the noise from cars as the place is not noise proof.

Restaurant manager was very rude The lady is treated me over food I complained about. Insisted the food was right Customers word don't matter I was literally forced to pay food I did not eat Veggies were raw She questioned if is 1st time I eat lamb. The most diabolitical food I ever ate

Overall a nice stay, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast serving was very nice too. Everyone was friendly so it was just some small hiccups here and there that keeps me from giving it 4 points. For example when I came to my room the safety box didn't work, I asked in the reception for help and they would send someone right away. I waited for 45 min then gave up and carried my passport and extra cash with me. My check out day was wrong and the key card stopped working after 3 days. The restaurant wanted my room number when ordering a dinner that me and a couple of friends decided to have so I assumed they put it on the room but they prompted that we payed before leaving the restaurant. If you stay to eat at the restaurant have the buffet instead as I tried that too and I think that was better.
