Genesis Suites And Conferencing

The Genesis Suites consists of one or two room apartments. They are fairly basic but they have everything one needs, and the furniture and bed(s) are of good quality. The price is extremely affordable. The apartments are on three floors that are above three levels of stores, including a pharmacy, two small but well stocked supermarkets and several places to eat. There is a small pool as well. There is no front desk and no daily room service as in a hotel. One contacts the very helpful manager of the Genesis Suites to make arrangements to check in and to pay. Check-in is within a two-hour window, although arrangements can be made for late check-ins. All in all, we were very satisfied and believe that we got excellent value for our money.

Okay apartments but the service left a lot to be desired. First of all the website says they have airport transfer, which when I tried to get them to help arrange for airport pickup they referred me to Uber… I understand that the apartments are self service but it would be nice to be informed about general practicals when checking in. If you need to take out the trash yourself, at least inform me and instruct where to. That was the general trend with everything. No instruction unless you ask for it. Also as a women, i kind of miss having a trash can in the bathroom.

Wonderful accommodation, clean, and spacious, with all you need. Location is great, we definitely recommend this place, particularly if you need to stay somewhere for shabbos. However, two small caveats. 1. There was no A/c in the dining room, so only the bedrooms had A/c. 2. Strangely bathroom doors didn't close properly, this was a bit disturbing for obvious reasons. Beside for these two small issues, the Genesis Suites were fabulous!
