Excellent, very comfortable and quiet hotel. Excellent service. Professional, pleasant and friendly staff, including in the restaurant (Quills). The room was very clean and very peaceful - a wonderful antidote to the chaos that is OR Tambo international. Being less than 100 meters from the arrivals hall and, literally, directly across the airport street, access is safe, quick and easy. I recommend it to anyone seeking accommodation near the airport.

This is a particularly good hotel for being right in the middle of the airport. You just walk from the flight to your next flight. Highly recommended if you come with your family. It is not dated at all. The breakfast was good and included. The staff is very helpful and the can take you to the terminal with their trolley, which is priceless. Bring cash, people expect tips.

The hotel is literally a two minute walk from the international airport arrivals to the hotel lobby and they thoughtfully provide a porter to meet and greet you and walk you and your luggage to the hotel check in. The on-site restaurant is really good, the food and service was amazing - particularly when we hadn’t been expecting it to be! Definitely worth booking a table as it was very busy the night we were there. We were unable to hear any noise from the airport during our one night stay. The only reason I haven’t given a five star review is because the hotel is quite expensive for an airport hotel (over $500 for the night) and also we had arranged for a porter to collect our luggage in the morning and walk us over to the airport for our departing flight and they didn’t turn up!
