It was a horrible experience staying here. Reception staff were really unprofessional at check in . There was no support staff to help with luggage. ❌❌❌ Airport shuttle starts at 6 AM. There’s no shuttle for international flights as they leave in morning (mostly) ❌❌❌ No support staff to assist with luggage. ❌❌❌ Reception staff were really unprofessional and ignored questions. ❌❌❌Room size was decent but toilet and shower enclusures were so tiny that your feet touch the walls/door. There were stains on the mirror, Basin and walls which weren’t cleaned by housekeeping. Thanks 🙏🏻 would prefer other options next time

I made an online booking and paid immediately for my son a week prior to his book in date - i got various emails confirmating my reservation and payment only to find when he got there he had to pay again as they could not find the proof of payment. Once the payment was found he had to complete documents to have the payment refunded but was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks. At breakfast the next morning they waited a half hour before anybody served them - WILL NOT BE BACK

I slept great the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The only problem was the door wouldn't unlock in the morning to let us out. Breakfast was a huge spread of food with delicious omelets and anything thing else you could want.
