Protea Fire & Ice Melrose Arch

Amazing stay, thanks to the amazing staff who went above and beyond, from the front desk who were friendly and kind to the cleaners who were amazing at their jobs, to the waiters and cooks who went above and beyond to satisfy our taste buds. The room was sophisticated and modern and looked over the sparkling beautiful pool. A very, very special thank you to Bonga, my daily coffee barista aka the Silent Barista who makes such delicious cappuccinos and cafe lattes, always with a smile on his face and a cookie in his hand. Loved my stay!

Perfect service and food recommendations provided by Thulare. A percent gentleman, attentive to my needs, I would go there again and again.

We were served by Thulare and I must say, he is such an exceptional waiter. He was very helpful and I appreciate him for the constant check ins. The food was amazing too and i would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who visiting Johannesburg
