RANDBURG TOWERS

I had a pre-paid reservation, and had written proof of same; but was told I am not booked into the hotel, and if I wanted to stay, I had to make a new reservation and pay again. This was 8 pm at night, when I had arrived off a flight and still had to do preparations for work the next morning. The staff made no attempt to get to the bottom of this problem, and it was left up to me to find my travel agent, and call her at home, to resolve the issue.

Sierra on main is very peaceful and a good hotel if you want to rest and re-energize. The amenities are very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent leaving you fuller for longer (you may even skip lunch).
