We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The view of the city from our room was absolutely breathtaking. A special thank you to Siya at the reception, who was incredibly kind and welcoming during check-in. Even though we arrived before the official check-in time, she went above and beyond to accommodate us and gave us a beautiful room with an amazing view of the city. Her friendliness and professionalism made a great first impression and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The mall caters to everyone, with stores ranging from well-known mid-range brands to high-end designer boutiques. There is also an incredible selection of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining restaurants, ensuring that there is something for every craving. Overall, Sandton Towers delivers a truly five-star experience. The combination of exceptional service, outstanding facilities, a fantastic breakfast, and unbeatable access to shopping and dining makes it my preferred choice whenever I visit Johannesburg. We enjoyed a wonderful one-night stay at Sandton Sun. From arrival, the reception staff were friendly, professional, and highly efficient. We were allocated a beautiful suite featuring a separate lounge and kitchenette, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an excellent bean-to-cup coffee machine. The spacious bathroom was fitted with quality amenities and thick, soft towels. The enormous bed, dressed in luxurious linen and complemented by plush pillows, ensured a great night's sleep. Guests who prefer firmer pillows will also appreciate the pillow menu available. Breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive selection of hot and cold items. The Royal Benedict was absolutely delicious and a definite highlight of our stay. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning soon.
