Don’t stay here. No hot water. No WiFi. Heat was broken and the room was terribly stuffy. Repairmen were in and out of the room all evening to try to fix the problems. Card keys didn’t work and it took 20 minutes to fix at reception. Couldn’t download the room service menu due to the internet issues. Finally ordered and the salmon was so strong it was inedible. Coups de gras: in the midst of this, the bartender went to use Kalamata olives to make a martini and realized he was out of vermouth.

Had a lovely time here Perfect location fabulous staff The place is very clean and breakfast was lovely Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again It has a lovely indoor swimming pool that’s heated Location is great you take the lift down to the shop centre

From the valet to the room and breakfast service. I had to go and park my own car after they failed. Perhaps the experience was terrible because we had vouched to stay there but none the less service is service. Location is great as it's in Sandton and the view is very good
