It was a nice, large hotel with friendly staff. One of the hotel entrances led directly to the shopping center, which was very convenient.
Check in and check out were quick.
The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and well equipped. The king size bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast was average. Cold items were buffet-style, while hot dishes were made to order. The omelets were often undercooked or burnt. The pastries and croissants didn't taste fresh. The selection of hot and cold drinks was good.
We had dinner at the hotel once, but despite our request, it was extremely spicy and inedible.
Housekeeping was good, but it was disappointing to see the staff cleaning the ceramic floors on their knees with a cleaning cloth instead of proper equipment.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the food quality and breakfast could be improved.
