Terrible. Old rooms not updated. Bedding was dirty! Pillows were not changed! We only noticed in the morning that the Pillows were dirty as the room was dark when I went to bed. Breakfast average...

I had to wait 20 minutes to get let into The property. The hygiene in the place was unacceptable. I had a leaking roof. The place was noisy, the noise only does down at 3am which was not acceptable...

I had a really good stay at 313 Cowey Guesthouse its 2km from the beach in a safe residential area. I was sceptical at first going for cheap/budget accomodation but this was a four star experience...
