PREMIER PINETOWN

I was left stranded by a double booked guest house and was relieved to find accommodation for the night. The reception team were awesome and on enquiry organised supper for me, although the restaurant had already closed. The room was comfortable and all I could have wished for. In my rush in the morning, I left my wallet behind. Housekeeping found it, and I was called before I had even noticed that my wallet was missing. I was blown away by the friendliness and kindness of all the staff I encountered and can highly recommend the Premier Splendid Inn. My thanks to all who made my stay such a pleasure.

The room was clean and standard, nothing special, there where toiletries from the pevious room ocupant though. The food was horrible and over priced. Ordered chicken for two came undercooked and not seasoned. it only had a sauce, the vegetables i guess stirfried where almost invisible. It was sent back to the kitchen and came back the same....

Very nice and budget friendly hotel. The outside facade does not match the service we received inside. Luckily they are busy renovating so we can't wait to see the much needed facelift. We changed from being Business guests to conference goers due to some difficulties elsewhere, but we were accommodated and welcomed with open arms.
