SUNCOAST HOTEL AND TOWERS

I would like to thank Thembelihle. I was not a guest but was at the hotel for the day. I had a personal problem with my partner and she was there to make sure that I was safe and in small gestures she offered re-assurance and kindness and Im truly happy because this is what hospitality is all about. Even in bad situations to have caring staff really is a Gem and Suncoast please keep up the good work!!

Really delicious mutton bunny, excellent service with a special touch from Chef Suhail Pochee. Great welcome by Tasneem and wonderful hospitality from Zolani. Will definitely do it again.

Great location on the beach nice walking after breakfast. Nice sized pool. Large choice of restaurants at the Suncoast casino area including thai, Italian and steakhouse. Gym is small but adequate. Only criticism is the rooms are small and renovations were taking place at the main restaurant at the time of staying. Breakfast was at Billy Gs and was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall 8/10
