The Square Boutique Hotel & Spa

This hotel is run down, terrible customer service. Everything is old and broken. Only reception is actually neat, guys don't be fooled. We cudnt wait to leave the hotel. Management absolutely pathetic, still away feedback 3 months later. 🙄 Found a cigarette in the bin, housekeeping can't clean properly. Such a Disappointed.👎

Simply put this hotel is disgusting. It is filthy and poorly maintained. Do not waste your money. Look at the photos and decide for yourself. I checked out after the first night. Cupboard door was broken. The TV shelf was cracked. The door latch was broken. Desk was broken. Carpets and linen was dirty.

This hotel is in a very bad condition. The aircon doesn’t work, the lift doesn’t work, the pool area has been neglected and there is no gym as advertised. Would not recommend at all. This has been a bad experience and they do not mention any of these out of order things when you book.
