CITY LODGE UMHLANGA RIDGE

Lovely evening out and stay over at this venue, staff very friendly and helpful, the room was a good standard and we liked the general layout, enjoyable dinner and breakfast, this is a great hotel for business stay overs and recommend it, also has a small conference facility, right on gateways doorstep.

Food : I asked for a medium rare steak and got a medium welldone, the also forgot the sauce, had to wait when they first have to make it and was just cream and mushroom as a souse (mushroom souce) Aircon worked for the first hour then stopped working causing me not to sleep due to heat.

If they are fully implemting the WhatsApp services then it's important to ensure that it is monitored. Had requested an iron, waiting 30 minutes with no response, ended up leaving as I am not here because I have the whole day to wait for an iron. Completely disorganising, especially when one is traveling for business. Ordered an omelette for breakfast and it was so dry or maybe it was the fact the I have creased clothes on, but it was just not a good way to start the day.
