A terrible experience and service of my life. The staff members are slow to serve, the could take over an hour to attend somone, which I don't really understand if isn't there any one supervising them? If you are understaffed, please hire people , which this service, I wouldn't recommend anyone soon.

Last time I stayed at this lodge/hotel was in 2019 and I got sick in the middle of the night, so I've been avoiding until now. I did not want to be reminded of that fateful night. I must say one thing that I enjoyed this time around, is that they have their own dine in, instead of ordering in or eating at the restaurant by the casino. Another plus is that the food is actually great their chef knows what s/he's doing for sure. Other than that nothing else changed really - for two nights the water in the bathroom came out brown but I think it was due to the water maintenance happening in the area that week, but they should have at least alerted us with a note or something. I'm still 50/50 whether I'll go back or not, maybe for the nice food I can go back :)
