Pestana Kruger Lodge

The place is located near the entrance to Kruger Park. The place is nice, especially the views from the terrace. The food in the restaurant was good but the service was extremely slow, at checkout we also had delay. The staff, they are very friendly. The place needs an upgrade, the facilities are a bit dated and the pools need an upgrade.

**Terrible experience. Poor service, old hotel in urgent need of renovation. Meals are poorly served with a significant lack of basic products. The buffet lacks variety and sufficient quantity. Despite the friendliness, the staff has no training. I do not recommend it at all.**

Needing a complete refurbishment, rooms without conditions, full of mosquitoes and no mosquito net in the bed, decommissioned toilet cover, everything very deteriorated. Weak breakfast. The only positive point is the location next to a park door. Complete disappointment, especially for those who have already used it in other countries.
