My first stay was a very unpleasant experience. The room I was assigned had no working phone reception, which was already inconvenient. Then, around 2–3 a.m., the guests in the room next to mine returned and began making excessive noise, including playing the TV at a very high volume.
I had to wake up and go downstairs to report the issue to security. The guard went to their room and knocked, but the noise continued. He then involved the receptionist, and eventually I was moved to another room in a different building in the middle of the night. By that point, I had already settled in, so I had to pack up and carry all my belongings myself, which was extremely frustrating especially since I had to travel early for work.
I used to have a good impression of this hotel, but after this experience, it felt more like staying at a low-standard lodge.
