First, problems with rondavels, mangoos. Toilet came up, 3x reception have to contact & last time of their own accord have to ask to move to another room. Plumber went by in that hour and a half but no one saw. A mess of disorderly. Then moved to another rondavel with a message that we might have to move back day after, I didn’t like it because we were going to stay 3 days & do safaris in Kruger. After insistence may remain seated.
Room is outdated, spots on the toilet, shower plate dirty. Cabinet with sink was piece & wood completely sput. Very dirty curtains.
Sheets were dirty. Blood stain, other blanket soiled. Talked to the housekeeper herself because she made the bed with those dirty sheets. Doubt that these will be refreshed in time.
Only positive was the food, nice and tasteful. We did a very nice braai & the cappucinos were also fine.
