To Jennifer and staff. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Your Service is excellent and the food 5-star rating. We really felt at home here. Quiet and tranquil close to George Shopping Mall and other amenities. Although it was out of season you went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed something. Mr. & Mrs. R. Tome There is maintenance that needs to be done - so to the Owner - you have a Gem look after it and look after your well-trained staff they are a blessing to you.

We stayed at Far Hills country Hotel in February 2026. It was very bad experience. What you see on the website and how the place looks in reality is a vast comparison. The hotel is old and maintenance needs to be done. They do seem to be going for an old rustic charm look, but there is alot lacking. We booked a standard room: it was clean, but had a damp smell. It was the middle of summer and the room had no fan or bar fridge. The staff were lovely and tried to attend to all our needs, but there is only so much they can do. The place needs a complete revamp. The standard room price should be dropped. There also needs to be more security and staff available at night. Reception is deserted after 5pm and you need to call a staff member to come out if you need assistance. Really disappointing stay.

The photos sell a dream that does not exist. The hotel has aged badly, the room we had smelled of closed and cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired. This place was supposed to be great 30 40 years ago, but it hasn't renewed itself. Don't go, go your way
