+ Nice hotel, super friendly staff. +Evening food and breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay in the house. - Only shower is difficult to adjust to correct heat. - Laundry service is very expensive (3 to 4 times more expensive than other hotels) and you do not get it back dry properly.

The stay was not a good experience for me and my friend. We expected a 4-star hotel standards of everything as it is said it's a 4 -star hotel. It was nothing close to that, no aircon but website reflects that there's aircon in the rooms. Everything about the room was below standard, coffee, tea sachets and at some point toilet rolls were not replenished in the room . No landline phones, we had to use our airtime to call housekeeping and Reception. No lifts and rooms are far from the Reception, not conducive at all. We feel like we were robbed, especially considering the room rate. We reported the issue about the food on one of the nights, there was no apology. We had to cut the stay one night short due to the above and more.

Stay away !!!! It is a complete scam. This is Faulty Towers !! This place stinks, is filthy and a complete scam. We left immediately
