Bushmanskloof is a beautiful property. Up there with the 5 stars. A gem. Great balance. We had an exceptionally good time. Food was well portioned, which I liked – otherwise too much wastage. The location is out of this world. Great balance of wild and refined

Stunning remote location with fabulous views. Food was all delicious, especially the private dining experience in the old shepherds hut. Willow the chef did us a whole feast and our guide Tristan was very knowledgeable on everything at BK including the fynbos, stars and rock art. The spa treatments were very relaxing and we enjoyed the drive, hiking and the gym. The whole team were attentive and professional. We stayed in Paterson and was well appointed with a massive patio and sitting room with a fire, which is definitely needed in Winter months!

Bushmanskloof exceeded our expectations in every way!!! I have literally wanted to visit for 20 years but not had the time nor chance before till now It’s an absolute paradise / slice of heaven The attention to detail from the second we arrived to our departure was superb I don’t think I have ever experienced such incredibly friendly and amazing staff. Service in each area of the hotel was exceptional!!! Special mention must go to the following : Kayla was fantastic at reception throughout our stay Zenobia - our incredible guide - without her, our stay would not have been as special. Her knowledge , warmth and stories just kept us enthralled- she is a gem!!! Vovo - her bright smile and wonderful service was amazing Beatrice - what a quiet spoken but special woman. She ensured I was able to take home a slice of the best chocolate Easter cake I’ve ever eaten Mandisi & Tristan - best barmen ever!!! Nathi - we just loved this man. He told us he only started at BK 2 weeks ago but boy were we impressed by him !!!! Your managers Jackie & Coenraad (sorry- only his name I’m not certain of) - were amazing ! They couldn’t do enough I have to commend BK on how they treat their staff - it’s absolutely evident that they are well looked after & love their job - that makes me so happy!!it’s rare to find!! We are already planning our next stay - this place is incredible and makes me very proudly South African !! Thanks to all
