Show leeks so bad floor covered in water. There go 3 towels they claim they "green". Did not replace the one shampoo bottle (yes 1 for 2 people) as times are tough when u steal R8 800for 2 nights stay. The TV is useless, old and out of focus. I think 5 channels work (it was a sporting weekend) The poster bed sits smackin front of screen. Breakfast omelette raw. They cannot even cook an omelette. They do offer coffee at breakfast, once you leaving. Aircon did not work. Either 38°C or a noisy 34°C. Sauna level with engine noise. They tried to fix, but it Cape Town - NOTHING.They don't want happy customer is their mantra because cape has an over demand problem so why should they care for locals. Chill. TRIPADVISOR Always deletes scathing honest reviews. So this be gone soon. Only want cream and scones reviews

Stunning location! The hotel is friendly but could be more cozy. The Deluxe room I stayed in was disappointed by the minimal size of the bathroom. A room of that size deserves another type of bathroom. Nothing to point to the staff but they should be more attentive. Very unhappy restaurant.
