Wilderness Beach Hotel

This is a terrible hotel. Bad Smells, they fill the hotel with students and they were walking around at all hours of the morning, cockroaches in the bathrooms. I complained to the manager and he said they would give me a refund and when I left and contacted him he said they will not refund as they did not find cockroaches. My husband killed about 10 baby cockroaches in the bathroom and when i read other customer reviews there were MANY complaining about the same thing. So they still owe me the money. This hotel needs serious renovations- its not hotel standards any longer. They do not respond to emails and the manager Johan does not want to give me the owners details

Cannot recommend this hotel Website said cocktails on beach. Once I paid reception informed hotel is halal. Surely this should have been disclosed. I canceled my stay. GM assured me refund would be processed next day. Then 15 jan And now they say sometime in Feb Hotel is poorly maintained. Carpets are dirty ect Clearly a dodgy place Stay away

Misrepresentation of note!!! What you see on the website and what you will get are not the same. The staff are willing to help but the hotel is beyond run down and so 1980s! We were so beyond disappointed. Other than the location and a great view very little good there. Please try somewhere else. The owners need to do better!!!
