Haeundae Centum Hotel

Upon check-in, the room was visibly dirty. The flat sheet had a dried blood stain, the bathroom was moldy and dirty, and the floors had shoe marks. Mirrors were grimy, outlet covers caked with dust, and counters sticky with fingerprints. There were no clean pillows or sheets for cover, even after I'd requested a thorough cleaning due to allergies. They brought up covers and pillows and laid them on the bed. We had to make our own bed. The room still smelled odd after their "cleaning." Check-out was equally frustrating, with a 45-minute wait for an elevator. The hotel hallways are hot, dingy, and the carpets visibly unvacuumed. While the room is modern, the shower design is terrible, flooding the area around the tub (I suspect why the moldy smell). I was so uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness that I resorted to washing my own towels to dry off. The staff's apologies were hollow. Avoid this hotel at all costs; you deserve a clean and comfortable stay, which you won't find here.

We (3 pax) visited Busan for the 1st time. We did extensive hotel research & eventually settled with Centrum 2 bedrooms apartment. It is located at a convenient location. The hotel is a couple of minute walk from centrum city station. There are 2 big malls minute away from hotel : Lotte Mall & Shinsegae. Front desk staff are friendly & helpful. As part of the hotel's effort in sustanbility, they no longer provide single use of toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap. Bravo for their initiative !! The apartment is spacious with essential items. There is washing apartment in the apartment with clothes rack for drying. Coin operated washine machine and dryer are also available in the hotel facility. In summary, we love the apartment :) Howevet, there are 3 points we would like to feedback: #1 bathroom floor towels were not provided. We used hair dryer to dry our feet after shower. #2 the master bedroom bathroom: its shower curtain does not fully cover the bath tub. It is recommended to shower gently otherwise, the water will flow around bath tub edge & to the floor. #3 we wished there were clothes hook in the bedrooms for us to hand our clothes. There are no shortage of restaurants & cafes in the area. Do note aiport limosuine shuttle bus no longer stop at BEXCO (opp hotel). We took MPV taxi from airport to hotel, it cost us KRW 60,000 ( ~ SGD60). Overall we have enjoyed our 4 nights stay in this hotel. Regards ML LEONG Singapore

It is a nice hotel with good services. The room are large and clean. The wifi works very well. The TV is small and you can see it from the bed. There is not other channels in English or other languaje. There are cooking facilities inside and the bathroom is large. Some room dont have view to the street and you just see the wall of other bulding.
