We Guest House

Good location suit for group Near heundae beach, not really far from station. I love the location, you can find a lot of street food and good restaurant around here. Room was clean and they have bathroom in each room. Owner was really nice and helpful. The guest house was quite and comfortable

Had a brief stay in a private room which was a bit small but had it's own ensuite - everything was clean, and was surprised to find exactly zero mosquitoes or bites over 2 nights. Windows in the room are the type w/ three layers (window screen, two windows), and there was an exterminator spraying the screen nets and bathroom areas when I was there. A basic self-serve breakfast is available from 8-10a which was frosted flakes, milk, white toast, jam, butter, eggs, and sliced cheese.

We stayed 3 nights here and it was fine. For peak tourist season, not a bad price and we got our own private room and bathroom. As is typical in Korea, the bed, room, and bath were all small by American standards, but it was enough. We weren't there very much anyways, as we were out from morning to night most of the days. Breakfast included was a huge help, even though the selection was small and simple. Our room had AC and its own code, and the main building had another separate code. The staff were friendly and helpful when we could find them. Only complaint was that the rules stated to be quiet after 10pm, yet 2 of the nights others were up loudly talking in the commons room. Though many Korean buildings do not have good soundproofing, either. Check in and out was easy, finding it was pretty easy with a map. Ideal location right by Haeundae beach with lots of places and things to do nearby, plus only being a 10min walk from the metro. Overall great place to stay for location, price, and commodities.
