Onyang Grand

This hotel is well located in Asan but really in need of maintenance. There seems to be serious problems with the electric installations; the lights go on and of by themselves and some sockets do not offer any electric power at all. The staff is friendly but hardly professional. No service in English is available. The breakfast buffet is OK but don't rely on it being served every morning from 06:50 as announced.

Decent place with nearby shopping shops around. No mall though but decent enough for me. Understand there is a hot spring in the hotel but need to go in the birthday suit so me and my wife didn't try (lolzz) instead we have one in the room.

Away for a short weekend trip from Seoul. This is in the heart of hot spring country in North ChunChong province. The buffet breakfast is in keeping with a three star. Asian and Western staples, a grill bar for your fresh eggs any style, a coffee machine. Has its own swimming pool and Korean style sauna. Nothing to complain about and all a good part of the experience.
