The hotel is separated from the main resort, but however it provides its own shuttle bus service to the skiing slopes via the Casino. The staff doesn’t speak English at all, so ensure that you have a translator with you and a Korean keyboard just in case. The rooms are a bit “tired”, mattresses are tough, towels are small and there is a lack of shampoo/shower gel/toothpaste. Our shower was clogged despite my translating the issue to the staff 4 times - they seemed to be solving it by texting someone. Room cleaning is limited and done by request. You also need to change towels, obtain toilet paper and soap at the lobby. The timings for the shuttle bus are sometimes irrelevant what makes it complicated to get to and/or from the hotel in case you missed the transport. There is also a CU shop in the hotel, a chargeable sauna, a cafe and ski rental. The prices for ski rent are lower than at the mount as well as for the pass; be aware that ski quality is a way lower here compared to that rented at the mountain.
