Central Hotel Suwon

May have seen better days, the decore is abit tired, but the hotel is warm clean and safe. The underfloor heating means you have no chance of getting cold in winter. Its well located for the tourist sites, its 5min walk from the start of the wall walk. The included breakfast is average, and there is no WiFi. The room are not very sound proof, so noise in the corridor kept us awake.

This hotel locates at Suwon City where is an hour away from Seoul. Although the room and facilities are old, all are clean and tidy. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near by. Guests are easy to get any necessities within 10 minutes walk. It is a good choice if you are travelling to Suwon with limited budget. By the way, don’t have high expextation on the breakfast. The choices are limited and quality is fair.

Friendly staff. Room was frozen on arrival (we were very late arriving) but didn't warm up overnight either. Shower room was faultless. Loads of room for storage. Bed comfy and warm. Breakfast was 7.30 to 9.00 which was a little early, and there was no milk there at 8.45. Of the three hotels I've stayed with in Seoul this is probably the best and I think our room heating issue might have been solved if we'd asked. Far from city centre though so be aware it'll take awhile to make the journey.
