The experience was wonderful. They allowed me to book another night at Kate notice so I could rest in the same room whilst feeling unwell. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very convenient. Great room and amazing staff.

Great hotel Nice location Bus going from airport direct in front of the hotel (1h30 drive) Luxuary at every stage (loobby, bedroom, restaurant) Large bedroom with huge bed Mooving wall between bedroom and bathroom to see who is having shower... Personal very kind and helpfull Thanks for a great stay

I reserved a taxi last night at front desk taking me to Gimpo international airport, but they messed up and driver can not speak English, they sent me to INC instead!!! Very bad experience and wish the front desk can be more responsive and clearly help us as we can not speak Korean! very disappointed
