Excellent surroundings and room had great ocean view. It is great for family travel with kids but bit pricey for a couple.

we booked a month in advance for ocean view room. arrived at 4pm , they told us the ocean view rooms were not available anymore because it was too late (check in is 3pm). they try to gave us another room with no view , when we entered it was smelling, it felt like that room in the corner end of the building was not used in a long time. we decided to pay extra to get another room on the 24th floor. 3/4 elevator were working. anyone can access any floor no need for room key. there is no a/c in the corridor and elevators, it gets hot and waiting time for elevator was really long. people from any floor take to elevator to go up and then down because otherwise there is not space. this leads to have to wait 20-30 minutes in the high floors , because all the elevators are full. after complaining to hotel manager about this he replied that they manually check the cctv and choose which floor the elevator has to stop ?!? after paying over 500.000 krw per night, there was no daily cleaning and big towels were only at an extra payment. From the room at the 24th floor you can hear the noises from the water park all day, and the singing sounds in the evening.

Spacious good hotel or resort place for family. I booked 3 people for staying, but the bed is two only in the room. So we should pay an extra bed fee. The view is beautiful from the hotel room. You can buy breakfast with 30 dollars per person, which is expensive. It is near to Jeoje center.
