Best Western Premier Incheon Airport

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and this visit once again reminded me why it is my preferred choice whenever I travel through Incheon Airport. As a Best Western Rewards Diamond Select member, I truly appreciated the thoughtful and attentive service I received throughout my stay. The day before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to ask whether a room with a bathtub could be arranged if available. Despite the short notice, the hotel responded promptly and assured me they would do their best to accommodate my request. To accommodate my request, the hotel had prepared a Premier Double Room with a bathtub and had even prioritized one with newly updated furniture, which I greatly appreciated. The staff also explained that an Executive Twin Room was available. Since all Executive Rooms with bathtubs were fully occupied, the available Executive Room featured a walk-in shower instead. They kindly offered me the choice between keeping the Premier Double Room with the bathtub or moving to the upgraded Executive Twin Room. After considering both options, I chose the Executive Twin Room because I preferred its fully renovated interior and upgraded in-room amenities. The front desk also proactively asked whether I would like a late check-out. Although I did not need it because of my schedule, I appreciated that they took the initiative to offer it. As a Diamond Select member, I found this to be another thoughtful touch. The Executive Twin Room was spotless, quiet, beautifully renovated, and extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities, including an air purifier and a complimentary minibar with a Nespresso coffee machine and two coffee capsules, Pringles, a bag of mixed nuts, green tea, and two cans each of orange juice, Coca-Cola, and beer. Another detail I particularly liked was the subtle fragrance from the room diffuser, which created a relaxing atmosphere and helped me unwind after a long day. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest. The following morning, I was running a little later than planned, but the check-out process was remarkably quick and efficient. Thanks to the smooth service, I still had plenty of time to catch the hotel’s complimentary airport shuttle without feeling rushed. Overall, everything met or exceeded my expectations. Once again, the hotel reinforced why it remains my first choice whenever I need accommodation near Incheon Airport. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable airport hotel with excellent service and genuine hospitality.
