Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel

A lovely hotel, clean and comfortable with great customer service Free shuttle bus to and from airport was a bonus.

Disappointed with the hotel's location even though it is close to the airport.

Info on the web said they have a free shuttle from/to Terminal 1, but we learned upon arrival at the hotel that they also have one from/to Terminal 2, which would have been nice to know in advance. After arriving at Terminal 2 (international), we caught the free ICN Terminal 2/1 shuttle at placard #7 to Terminal 1, but it stopped 1st near the Grand Hyatt, where many got off, and we followed, thinking that’s where it stopped for Terminal 1. Big mistake — but the Grand Hyatt doorman kindly called us a taxi, who took us to the BWP, which turned out to be only a few blocks away (W4800 fare, on US credit card). The staff at the BWP were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable, with nice linens and good pillows. I knocked off a star due to the shower that splashed water on the floor (only partial glass panel above tub), thin towels, and low quality hair dryer. There was quite an array of food in the breakfast buffet, with some excellent Korean dishes. Milk for coffee was limited to that in an urn among the cereals, but the coffee was strong and hot, with warm cups from cup warmers (1st we've seen in 50+ years of travel). There’s a well-stocked convenience shop in the lobby, as well as an ATM. We recommend for a short stay.
