Harbor Park Hotel

We had booked 2 rooms, thank goodness only for one night... in both "deluxe" rooms the air conditioning did not work, the windows could not be opened, resulting in a temperature of about 29 degrees in both rooms... we reported to the reception and were allowed to change rooms, which were only half the size and the air conditioning still did not work... thus, we had to spend the night in rooms with 29 degrees, with the windows closed... in response to our politely expressed complaint, the reception reacted unfriendly and arrogantly, with a stony face and without any Asian smile... to summarize: NEVER AGAIN!!! Just terrible... Moreover, the hotel somehow managed to make it impossible to leave a review on Booking!! Room: 1/5 | Service: 1/5

The desk manager congratulates Mr. Gosheng and Kim Hyamin Temple. I was impressed by the kind and sincere service. Thank you so much. I live in Istanbul and I am so grateful for the service of this rootel. It was nice to stay at 931 as if you were home.

Spacious room and bathroom. Powerful shower. Plenty of parking. 7-Eleven on the ground floor. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and a short drive to Wolmi Culture Street and the Fairytale Village. Would definitely recommend.
