Incheon Cherbourg Tourist Hotel

I had troubles making my connecting flight and needed a place close to the airport. This hotel was inexpensive and close. I made the reservation online with an hours notice. The gentleman at the reception spoke no English. But he was very nice and escorted me to my room. He showed me how everything worked and showed me the internet password. In the morning he called to tell me my ride was there. The rooms are a little old fashioned. However, the bed was good quality and the linens were quality. This was my bed nights sleep in two weeks. If you just need an inexpensive place to stay, this is it.

Free airport pickup & drop-off; call the hotel on arrival at the airport to arrange. They met us at 3rd floor, exit 7 in a mini-van marked with the hotel name. It's about a 15~20 minute ride. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful; English fluency was basic but sufficient. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Eurwangni beach, which was picturesque at sunset and has many cafes and barbecue restaurants overlooking it. We enjoyed a good meal there. Room was large, beds were comfortable. As another reviewer has mentioned, breakfast starts at 7am, so you might miss it if your flight is early. However, they scheduled an extra airport trip to allow us to get a quick breakfast but still leave before the regularly scheduled 8am departure. Incheon airport security and immigration were very quick; if you are in transit and already have your boarding passes, an hour before flight time would likely be sufficient.

I stayed here overnight for an early morning flight out of Incheon. The room was clean and very reasonably priced. I was a little surprised by the actual distance from the airport, though. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for around 10,000 won. That's not overly expensive, but the price tag surprised me a bit for a property that lists the airport as it's location on Agoda. The free shuttle service to the airport the next morning made up for any questions the night before, though. Free breakfast was included with my stay, but the service didn't start until 7am. My flight time kept me from taking advantage of the offer. Overall, this was a nice hotel and decent location for the price. I would recommend it if you have a long layover or early flight.
