Good location nice staff Had a great time and clean rooms

Quiet, peaceful resort with lots of teddy bears around the resort and their club house. Free parking just outside the hotel. A small lounge area where you can have complementary drinks and snacks. Friendly, helpful staff. Got upgraded to a suite. Nice big suite but was getting old. The flooring in the bathroom had water damage. Free mini bar. The breakfast didn’t have much variety, just your standards. We stayed here for 3 nights and everyday the same dishes were served at breakfast. Only one main was changed. Would be nice to have more rotation. Both Jay and Kay spoke good English so it was easy to communicate with them. They were always very helpful.

The overall stay at The Ambassador Hotel in Jiangsu is very satisfying. The front desk staff Jay has demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout my stay, service enthusiasm, always with a smile and kindness. On the last day, I booked a baggage delivery via the platform, but the delivery person did not arrive late, Jay actively helped to contact and communicate, relieving me of the trouble, and the attitude of service is worthy of appreciation. In addition, front desk staff Summer learned that we arrived on an early flight, carefully arranged an early check-in and detailed information on hotel facilities so that we could begin the journey comfortably. Breakfast should be served in the building opposite, although the choice of varieties is normal, but the taste is very good to me. The gym is spacious and fully equipped, but can only be used for half a day. Room space is abundant, beds are comfortable, and the external environment is beautiful. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has convenience shops, which use the form of self-service, providing great convenience for guests, so that the overall experience of the stay is better. Overall, the hotel service is professional, the facilities are well-equipped and the environment is excellent, both for leisure and business travelers.
