This hotel is really remote. It is large, with very spacious rooms. These are well clean, but do need some maintenance. Cabinets don't close properly, not even the shower door. The safe is not working and the lighting screen is sometimes stuck. The mattresses may also be replaced once. Breakfast is good, with plenty of Western choices too. The matcha bar is fantastic! The restaurant could have a little more choice.

First of all, there was a special friend on social media who came out and visited us when we were out of water. Of course, I only spent one night. I watched Jeju. I check out late, and I can't use the program and the pool. The first thing I think about is that I really want to praise the fact that the Hilling Forest is so good and the breakfast is also healthy and delicious! The staff was very friendly and the part where you could enjoy the meal was comfortable! The moment I entered the forest to have a snack cycle after breakfast, the smell of the forest was so soft and I felt so clear from the lungs to the head. The opposite was impossible. I went into the room on the third floor. The bathroom was too bad. The shower and washing table are designed so narrow in one place that when you shower and come out, the washing table is narrow in front of the washer. It was uncomfortable. I gave you a single-use pineapple because it was eco-friendly, but it was a bit too late to use it once and throw away what was left. It smelled a little... That part remains somewhat insignificant. And personally, the hotel staff's costume gave me a warm feeling in Southeast Asia. It felt like I was going into the mountains, and when I went to Jeju, there were some questions about using it. Those who use it should be aware.

In-room air conditioning operation and temperature control device failure can not cope with the handling on the front. Refrigerator saucer repeatedly fall asleep. There is no shampoo beach in the room and you can bring it in 30 minutes if you request it several times. Use multiple attempts to call with the front. Worst service for customer response. The room condition remains the worst.
