I stayed here for 2 nights and it was okay. Not great but not bad. Not hard to find either. This is a non smoking hotel too. I reserved 1 double bed but I was given 2 twin beds which I pushed together. Other than toilet paper, the toiletries are almost non existent so bring your own. It's not in a touristy area and there aren't many western restaurants around. However, it's only about 10-15 minute walk to/from Hoegi station
Pro's: Low price, friendly staff, good a/c, good wifi, clean rooms
Con's: Hard beds, minimal toiletries, no chairs in the room, the blinds don't block out sunlight, no breakfast options, elevator can be a little slow
If you just need a place to lay your head, great! If you want more comfort and amenities, look elsewhere.

Stayed one night in this hotel. The location is not appropriate for a tourist, kinda hard to find. The pics show nice rooms, but in reality it's just a hostel type room with only a tiny piece of soap available. I later found a much cheaper hotel with all the necessary stuff for washing. The room had a heating system but it was damn cold, the hot water kept disconnecting. We left some canned stuff in the ref, it was specially prepred food that my Korean friends like, but when I called back to pick it up someone told me it vanished. Do not recommend this place for staying, it's probably good for locals.

I stayed here for only one night while I waited for my permanent apartment to be ready for move in the next day.
Overall- I had a good experience in general, and a great experience when you consider the cheaper price!
After nearly 30 hours travel time to get to Seoul, it was very nice to be greeted by friendly staff that helped me with my bags, quickly explained the area to me and gave recommendations, and then left alone to relax.
The Good: Room was very clean, water pre-stocked in the fridge, and air conditioning could be set myself for the perfect temperature
The Neutral: The bed was very hard, but after living in Korea awhile and talking to people I think that is just how many Korean beds are- whether this is an issue for you will depend on personal bed preference.
The Bad: For the low budget solo traveler, getting here from the airport was a little bit of a struggle- and time consuming, but considering this was the only real problem I had with the hotel- the struggle was worth it.
