The neighborhood is pretty closer to the metro line 3. The guesthouse is clean and comfy and the owner is friendly and full of informations. The atmosphere is relaxing. The breakfast is not a banquet, but the coffe and the toast are enough. If you want a budget and nice guesthouse, this is the one!
