This place is tolerable, at best. I really wanted to change hotels after our first night, but hubby wasn't up for the effort so I was stuck. It is sort of hard to find, in a funny "hardware store" neighborhood, but the location is pretty convenient-- across the street from an airport limo bus stop, steps away from the metro and easy walking distance to plenty of the places you would visit--and that is the best thing about it. It wasn't especially cheap and you can get better value elsewhere.
The lack of staff was weird. There was a nice English-speaking receptionist we dealt with a couple of times and she was helpful enough, but that was a fluke. The lobby is basically unattended at all times, with a phone at the desk so you can call the staff, and eventually someone may drag themselves out of bed to come help.
The room was clean but tiny. The shower was tricky. In our room, you could not run the heater and use the tv or charge electronics at the same time, without blowing the circuit. Good thing the breaker box was in plain sight and we were able to figure it out ourselves, since staff was MIA as usual.
Do yourself a favor and keep looking. You will find something better.
